Lisa Bischoff serves as BD Emerson’s vCHRO Advisor, leading the vCHRO service and acting as a fractional Chief Human Resources Officer for clients. Lisa advises organizations on a wide array of concerns including employee lifecycle experience, recruitment through alumni programs, rapid growth/change strategies, and wellness/culture within the workplace.

With over a decade of experience in People Operations and Human Resources leadership, strategy, and execution, Lisa has steered and supported diverse teams ranging in size from 3 to 10,000. Her keen understanding of data-driven and benchmarked people strategies through the lens of holistic wellbeing makes her a unique and valuable asset for organizations looking to reorganize or scale their teams.
